San Lazaro Hospital
San Lazaro Hospital is the main TB Sanitarium in the Philippines.  As an intern in those days we did not wear mask and gloves for protection from this very communicable disease.  My unforgettable experience was I went to a patient to draw blood as a phlebotomy experience and found out the patient was dead.  No wonder I could not get blood from an already emaciated body!
