THE SMALL NEIGHBORHOOD RESTAURANT IN CHICAGO'S NORTH SIDE IS "KAGAT TASTED" MOSTLY VISITED BY FILIPINO AMERICANS LIVING AROUND THE AREA. MILA DA BIONIC, USTPMTBBAA MIDWEST VP, IS BACK IN CHICAGO AFTER A HECTIC ROUND OF TRAVELING IN CALIFORNIA AND CANADA AND INVITED ME, TOGETHER WITH GOOD FRIEND JESSE THE ATENEO BOY, TO A SUMPTUOUS LUNCH OF SHANGHAI EGG ROLLS, LUMPIANG SARIWA, PANCIT PALABOK, PILIPINO BISTEK, CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN, AND HALO-HALO. Also a carry-out of Lechon Kawali and Inihaw na Baboy. The menu price is reasonable, parking is limited.

Maraming salamat, Mila and Jesse! Busog na busog!!!
Yep, I agree with the Filipino ingenuity, These bamboo taxis from Tabon-tabon are cheap to make and friendly to the environment. Air con is free also. Go-green! Forwarded by Mrs. G
