Former MedTech classmates surprised each other when they met at O'hare International Airport in Chicago.  Susan and hubby Gerry were on their way to Seattle, Washington for a short vacation while cousin Manny G. was returning to the Philippines.  His son lives in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

UST Medical Technology Reunion in Chicago

The complete itinerary and list of reunion attendees was e-mailed a few days ago. It's been noted that our batchmates Nora & Teth of California would be arriving too late (4:15 pm) to join us for buffet dinner at Grand Victoria Casino in Elgin. 

May I suggest to those who'll have an evening free and nowhere to go to see JERSEY BOYS at Bank of America Theatre (18 W. Monroe) since the Hilton-Palmer House Hotel (18 E. Monroe) is just a few steps away.  Please check the BA Theatre website if JERSEY BOYS is still playing in September.

 I just read this in my high school website about the bread given to parishioners in Buenos Aires during the Holy Eucharist, which upon analysis of the blood found with the bread, maybe from the heart of Jesus.  It's 10-minute long and in Spanish but with English translation.
